Yesterday the “Emprendedores & Empleo a la innovación en Recursos Humanos” awards took place in Madrid. In this event Leading the Change was recognized for being an innovating corporate social network of Gonvarri Steel Industries y Gestamp Renewables.
Pablo González de Suso, Corporate Director of HR & OHS received the award in this eleventh edition, along with other nine best practices.
This award is a recognition of the company’s efforts to improve in the management of the employees throughout a corporate social network. Moving towards a sustainable company at the forefront of technology.
This recognition follows the “Silver Stevie Awards” which recently gave us an international award for best practice in corporate internal communications.
