Leading the Change project, pioneer in the sector in Spain, includes a social network for Gonvarri Steel Industries and Gestamp Renewables on which it is developed an ecosystem of virtual working groups, an environment of thematic blogs and a microblogging platform, structured around people, our employees.
Equally, for the sake of easing the daily work, it has been integrated all the users’ directory, available to call or chat with only one click, a digital document management that allows sharing information and working together with it and also our corporative University, the repository with 50 years of history and internal knowledge and the container to continue innovating in the present time.
All our employees, anywhere in the world can access to it, independently the device they use, to be informed of all the news about the company in a quickly and easy way. Because only being a part of a team permits us to continue leading the change.
