The LQDVI non-profit Foundation aims to promote human, ethical and moral universal values that are aligned with the values our founder bequeathed us: Honesty, Humility, Tenacity and Work. Last year, Gonvarri Steel Industries and Gestamp Renewables began their collaboration with LQDVI non-profit Foundation, and many members of our team had the opportunity to attend the conferences in Madrid, Barcelona y Lisbon. To reinforce its commitment, Gonvarri Steel Industries and Gestamp Renewables officially formalized this collaboration becoming allied entity of the Foundation. Yesterday the “Emprendedores & Empleo a la innovación en Recursos Humanos” awards took place in Madrid. In this event Leading the Change was recognized for being an innovating corporate social network of Gonvarri Steel Industries y Gestamp Renewables. Pablo González de Suso, Corporate Director of HR & OHS received the award in this eleventh edition, along with other nine best practices. This award is a recognition of the company’s efforts to improve in the management of the employees throughout a corporate social network. Leading the Change recently participated in the 5th Conference on Corporate Online Communication focused in Mobile Apps at the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid. This Conference was held in the Aula Magna of the University last October 18. The attendees were students of this university all corporate communication lovers interested in new ways of communicating.
